John Anderson – CEO, Founder
John’s own recovery experience led him to seek a career in this field. When battling addiction, he sought out both inpatient and outpatient programs to guide him to recovery. With the support of the treatment programs, community support, and support of his family, he has been able to maintain long lasting sobriety. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics and is passionate about applying his knowledge and skills to help people change their lives. Being the CEO of Changes Healing Center is much more than a title for John. He takes pride in the company’s mission of changing peoples lives forever.
Rosalinda Sigarroba – Clinical Director, LISAC
Rose began working in the mental health field when she graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social work with a minor in Psychology. After a brief encounter with politics, she focused her career in direct practice in coalition building for victims of domestic violence and also helped establish re-entry programs for felons. She obtained her Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling in 2012 and began helping people recover from their addictions and help them repair their family relationships. Rose found her “home” in addiction counseling and has an immense passion for helping people recover.
Jeff Baker – Director of Programming and Primary Therapist
Jeff’s mission is to bring a Humanistic and Person-Centered approach to our patients that includes the development of Mind, Body, and Spirit. Jeff’s affinity for holistic treatment along with his own personal sobriety experience led him to seek a career in substance abuse treatment. Jeff holds a Masters degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Trauma from Ottawa University. Jeff believes that all people have the ability to find recovery and change their lives for the better.
Armando – Director of Operations
Armando began working in Behavioral Health in 2021. He sought out a career in this field due to his own experience with substance abuse. When battling addiction, he sought out residential treatment to guide him to recovery. Armando immediately got involved in community support programs and developed a passion to help the next person needing help. Armando is a “jack of all trades” but his specialty is operations. He wears many “hats” throughout the day and travels to all of our locations to be able to meet the various needs of our clients. Client care is always at the top of his mind and comes before anything.
Mandy – Business Development
Mandy started working in the field of recovery because of her own personal experience helping family members and close friends battle addiction and alcoholism. From the very beginning she was extremely passionate about helping people find recovery and seeing them repair broken relationships with their own loved ones and friends. She believes that all people should have a chance to experience lifelong recovery and wants to do anything she can to help people on their journey to sobriety.
